The ShermCast: Entrepreneurial Mental Health (S1E3)

“Entrepreneurship is mentally taxing. So how do you make sure that you take care of your mental health just as much as you take care of your business?”

In this episode of the ShermCast, we talk about an often unacknowledged crisis in the entrepreneurial world: mental health. Entrepreneurs, most notably company founders, are more likely to suffer from mental health conditions. We spoke to two former Sherman Center Co-ops, Tuan Ho and Vidhan Bhaiya, to talk about their stories as company founders and how growing their companies affected their mental health.
